How I Work
Tones N Shades is an independent production company. Small team, long attention span. A project arrives as an idea and leaves as a finished film, made by the same people from the first note to the final frame.
WHERE DOES TONES N SHADES COME FROM?
Tones N Shades was born from a girl who grew up in Marseille with big dreams and taught herself everything along the way. From one project to the next, across different countries and continents, I’ve brought together teams who may speak different languages and come from different worlds, but share the same energy : Creating with intention. Wherever we work, the goal remains the same : Telling meaningful stories, and leave something behind that makes people feel, question, or think.
A ONE PERSON Crew
Self-taught, independent, and a multidisciplinary creative, I can handle every creative stage of a project. I also build and coordinate teams based on the needs of each shoot and location around the world. I have worked on projects across several different countries.Decisions take an afternoon, not three rounds of approvals.
Culture, Not Decoration
The films carry the languages they come from, Dioula, Mahout, Comorian, Malagasy, English, French. I transmit knowledge and cultural heritage & introduce different cultures.
