I’m Louéné Dosso (or just Louéné) a French Ivorian-Comorian-Malagasy director, screenwriter & producer born and raised in Marseille and based between France & UK.
I make films about unsaid things, family, memory, grief, love and identity. I use cinema as a means of communication, healing and transmission, drawing from my heritage and the places I move through.
I work independently with evolving teams across countries and continents, creating intimate, culturally rooted stories where language and heritage become part of the narrative itself.
Available for directing, brand films, executive production through my production company Tones N Shades, and talks.
